Just thought I'd share a fit tip that gets my butt in gear when I
really don't want to. I exercise after work and when I feel the urge to swing past the gym on the way home, I just plug in one of my favorite songs as I'm walking by (I live in NY) which usually gets me in the mood even if I'm beat from a long day at work.

Good advice. I try to do the same thing. I am a very active person, and in school it was fine because I could go to the gym early and still have time to shower, eat, etc. before class. Now that I'm home for the summer, I have to get up early for work which leaves me no time to workout beforehand. I am a morning person when it comes to exercise; I'm always so tired by the end of the day! Good, loud music usually gets me in the mood to go for a run.
1I live right by the gym, so I def. make myself go even when I don't realllllly want to! What songs get you motivated?
2I normally workout in the mornings, but can't drag myself out of bed on Mondays. I either do something like Yoga after work (which I know will refresh me both mentally and physically) or I go straight home to my TV and workout On Demand by clicking on Exercise TV. They change their programming every month, but always keep the best workouts in rotation. My latest favorites are Jillian Michael's 30 day Shred and the Enviga calorie burning workouts. They're super high energy, and will make you sweat. Added bonus: I actually like the Enviga calorie burning tea promoted in these videos.
