Speaking how unhealthy salads can be if you add too much stuff to them, 'specially salad dressing. Wishbone now has 'Salad Spritzers' with just 1 calorie per spray. Lemme tell you guys, I've tried it and it's GOOD Actually the serving size is 10 sprays which is very generous, so you could cut it down some. It's got a great tangy/sweet twang to it. Most def two thumbs way up! =] Try it!

LOL..see thats the only dressing my family would use..so then igot used to it..and then my mom basically got me picky..the only thing she uses with her salads is lemon..she jsut squirts some of that on there..

11LayLayBell...I absolutely love these! All of them! I have never been a salad dressing girl...I love plain white vinegar with salt and pepper, but I thought I would try these and I was sold!!! Nummy Nummy in my tummy!!!

14there's 3...the purple bottle is a vinegrette, an orange one that is Italian I think, and a lighter purple one that is a wine flavor. That's the ones in my grocery store anyway. I like the dark purple (the one pictured in the post) best!
15Layla, I bought this about 2 weeks ago, and I really like it. I have the Balsamic Vinegrette. Fits right in my lunch tote for work. Up next is their Rasberry Vinagrette.

20I JUST saw a commercial for these this week for the first time and they look awesome! I'm a salad dressing freak, I always use too much and it's so easy to forget how many calories you're loading on your 'healthy' meal
