Speaking how unhealthy salads can be if you add too much stuff to them, 'specially salad dressing. Wishbone now has 'Salad Spritzers' with just 1 calorie per spray. Lemme tell you guys, I've tried it and it's GOOD Actually the serving size is 10 sprays which is very generous, so you could cut it down some. It's got a great tangy/sweet twang to it.
