I keep seeing posts on this site about girls wanting to diet to lose significant amounts of weight... I think the mentality here has to change. Dieting implies temporary - which means temporary weight loss. Lifestyle means life long weight loss.

The South Beach Diet by Arthur Agatston, M.D. (Says diet, but by the end of the program it's a lifestyle change)
