If you are like me sometimes time and convenience do not permit to a homemade healthy meal. Sometimes between work and class I feel like I have no other option than picking up something at the fast food place. Of course fast food isn't great for you, but I was looking at my 'Shape' magazine and noticed they had some better decisions of fast food chains and I thought I'd share them!

1I love those little charts they have in Shape! Yeah, peeps think because it is a Taco "Salad", it is healthy. However, it is far from. Is the 800+ calories with or without the shell?

I'm assuming with the shell, because it's not noted.
3Oh people crack me up that they thing something called a salad is automatically healthy. Yes it WAS healthy until you put boiled eggs, cheese, ham, turkey, more cheese and 3 tubs of house dressing.

And the salad thing cracks me up too. Last time we went there we met up with a friend who asked me if I was on a diet since I had the grilled chicken/bacon ranch salad. I was like um....no.
7I have a friend that does the whole "salad diet" It cracks me up.
8i am on the biggest lean cuisine ever... i have one for 250-300 cal with a huge salad with tons of vinegar and lil oil and i am stuffed !!!!! my bff mimi cant control her portion size so she eats 5 lean cusines a day bringin her under 1500 kcal and she has lost 15 pounds last month
9The BEST Weight Watchers that I've ever had is the one with sweet and sour chicken...so good.
10yea smart ones by weight watchers actually are a lil better in the cal dept but lean cuisine has no additives or preservatives

12Our freezer is FULL of Healthy Choice. I had Sesame Chicken for lunch. I also do Juice Plus...it's a shake that is a meal replacement and is waaaaay better than Slim Fast.

14jenna, tell me about this juice plus...i have been so busy in the mornings that i've only been able to have an apple for breakfast, and i can't funtion on that...where could i purchase it?
15It's great and it would be perfect for you! You could just make a shake for breakfast and it stays with you, it really does. I got mine through my trainer. It **is** kinda pricey....It's like $100 for a month supply. Let me know if you are interested and I will post the info on how you can order it. Expect to lose like 2 pounds a week if you do that and also have 2 "sensible" meals.

I try to avoid fast food, but it is impossible. I eat it at least once a
week... I wonder how many calories the new McD's snack wraps have. Sadly, even if I get something "healthy", I always crave fries... so that ruins everything. Thank God for my fast
metabolism.
19I am quite lucky to be able to eat what I want and at the moment not gain too much weight like Ivonne I thank the lord for my fast metabolism but calorie counting sucks...do we ever really know what is in our food....my brother who worked a McDonalds while in school told me that the eggs used in the scrambled eggs were not even really eggs but came as a powder which they added water or milk too to make it look like eggs...werid.

I've been eating the South Beach Diet wraps for lunch, and I like them. They only have 220-250 cals, depending on the flavor you get, and they're pretty yummy. The Sesame Chicken Wrap is my favorite. They come w/ everything you need to build two yummy little chicken wraps, plus a little jello for dessert. Very easy to have around the office, and very low cal!
